Program Development Manager

Number Needed: 1

The program development manager will report directly to the Executive Director, and will ensuring seamless team management and development (with the Administrative officer), program development and delivery, and quality control and evaluation. Specific responsibilities will include:

1. Cultivate relationships with vendors/funders with the goal of ensuring sufficient space and resources, and access to services
2. Develop and implement strategies that will maximize the synergies among program areas
3. Identify areas for program development within the organization and bring these to the attention of the Executive Director and Administrative Officer
4. Work with the Executive Director to identify funding opportunities for various programs
5. Work with project leaders in the logistic tasks of their individual projects
6. Consistent monitoring and evaluation of all programs and ongoing projects
7. Organize community consultations with feedback for program development
8. Develop regular project and program reports
