Administrative Officer

Number Needed: 1
The administrative officer will report to the Executive director and will be responsible for a range of administrative and logistic tasks. Specific responsibilities will include:
  1. Identify ways to enhance professional development within the organization, develop performance evaluation methods
  2. Ensure the recruiting process is streamlined
  3. Periodically review the volunteer sign-up form and respond to volunteer inquiries and interests
  4. Establish and manage a comprehensive training program to educate employees and volunteers regarding staff tools, policies and procedures
  5. Work closely and transparently with all external partners including third-party vendors, consultants, and funders
  6. Oversee administrative functions to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the organization scales.
  7. Maintain a calendar of important days observed internationally and assign various volunteers/individuals to various days
  8. Take notes and produce reports of organizational meetings, including staff meetings, volunteer meetings, and general meetings
